🔁 Returns Policy – CheezonKiDuniya

At CheezonKiDuniya, we aim to provide quality products and fair policies. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

📅 Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery for eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

📦 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• ✔️ Be unused and in original condition
• ✔️ Include original packaging, labels, and accessories
• ❌ Not show signs of use, damage, or tampering

⚠️ Sensitive & Non-Returnable Items (Important)

The following items are considered sensitive and are NOT eligible for return:

• 🚫 Used or opened serums
• 🚫 Cosmetics & personal care products (hygiene-sensitive)
• 🚫 Clearance or discounted items

Note: Sensitive items can only be returned if received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

🔁 Return Options for COD Orders

Approved returns for COD orders may receive:

• 🔄 Replacement / Exchange
• 💳 Store Credit

⚠️ Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.

🚚 Return Shipping

• ✅ If the item is wrong, damaged, or defective, return shipping will be handled by us
• ❌ If the return is due to change of mind, return shipping will be paid by the customer
• 📦 Original delivery charges are non-refundable

⏳ Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, replacements or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.

We ship orders across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary based on location, product availability, and courier service.

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and destination and are displayed at checkout.
