Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery for eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• ❌ Not show signs of use, damage, or tampering

⚠️ Sensitive & Non-Returnable Items (Important)

The following items are considered sensitive and are NOT eligible for return:

• 🚫 Cosmetics & personal care products (hygiene-sensitive)
• 🚫 Clearance or discounted items

Note: Sensitive items can only be returned if received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

🔁 Return Options for COD Orders

Approved returns for COD orders may receive:

• 💳 Store Credit

⚠️ Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.

🚚 Return Shipping

• ✅ If the item is wrong, damaged, or defective, return shipping will be handled by us
• ❌ If the return is due to change of mind, return shipping will be paid by the customer
• 📦 Original delivery charges are non-refundable

⏳ Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, replacements or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.
