📅 Return Timeframe
Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery for eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
📦 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must:

- ✔️ Include original packaging, labels, and accessories
- ❌ Not show signs of use, damage, or tampering
⚠️ Sensitive & Non-Returnable Items (Important)
The following items are considered sensitive and are NOT eligible for return:
- 🚫 Used or opened serums
- 🚫 Cosmetics & personal care products (hygiene-sensitive)
- 🚫 Clearance or discounted items
Note: Sensitive items can only be returned if received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved returns for COD orders may receive:

⚠️ Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.
🚚 Return Shipping
- ✅ If the item is wrong, damaged, or defective, return shipping will be handled by us
